How long will my parcel take?

All purchases made before 12pm are shipped the same day. All items are shipped using a 24 hour service. These services can very rarely experience delays. Should you feel your parcel is delayed please get in touch with us here

I have a missing part or fault with my purchase?

Please do not hesitate to contact us, we will arrange a replacement or repair in accordance with The Consumer Rights Act 2015.

I am unhappy with my purchase or the service I received, or wish to return the item, what can I do?

Firstly get in touch with us. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and will do all we can to assist you.

Is my item tested to European Regulations?

Every item we sell is fully safety tested and conforms to all European Safety Standards & Regulations.

I am having problems assembling my product?

Please contact us as we can offer assistance, either further instructions or if necessary a video to assist with assembly.
